9.  Old Spot Rewards

Old Spot Rewards is a loyalty scheme where members can earn rewards by making purchases from selected Old Spot Pubs.

Once you are a member, you can earn points after every purchase and after four visits in any twelve months you can progress to our platinum tier.

9.1 How to Earn Points

• Gold Tier
  • 10 points will be rewarded for every £1 spent. 
  • Twice a week (days dependant on the pub) you can earn an additional 50% points for every £1 spent
• Platinum Tier
  • 16 points will be rewarded for every £1 spent.
  • Twice a week (days dependant on the pub) you can earn an additional 50% points for every £1 spent

9.2 What Are Points For

Every time you earn 1,000 points we will add a £10 voucher to your reward wallet. 

9.3 How The Rewards Work

In addition to the £10 vouchers we will also add other rewards and promotions to your account. Terms and Conditions apply for each reward and promotion. We’ll let you know what specific terms apply for each reward when you they become available to you. You can view your current rewards and promotions via our website. 

When you visit just tell us if you would like to use one of your rewards and we will add it to your table that day as a reduction on the bill.

Once you reach a tier your status will be reviewed annually on your rewards anniversary date. 

Rewards account activity will be monitored, and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the event of any suspected fraud or abuse of the scheme, accounts may not be shared by multiple people or downloaded onto multiple devices.

9.3 Registration Incentive

A registration incentive of 100 points on us is available for signing up to the rewards club and will be added to your account 24 hours later. 

9.4 Tiers:

Gold – after joining

• 10 points per £1 spent, 50% extra on selected days/times
• Birthday drink on us – includes glass prosecco, 175ml house wine (red, white, rose), house lager, pint coca cola, diet coke or lemonade 
• Coffee on us, any coffee (excluding liqueur coffees), tea or hot chocolate 
• Quarterly surprise – we will add a quarterly surprise to your account, full terms will be explained at the time
• 50% extra days – twice a week earn 50% more points per £1

Platinum – after four visits

• 15 points per £1 spent, 50% extra on selected days/times
• Birthday drink on us for you and up to three friends – includes glass prosecco, 175ml house wine (red, white, rose), house lager, pint coca cola, diet coke or lemonade 
• Coffee on us, any coffee (excluding liqueur coffees), tea or hot chocolate 
• Quarterly surprise – we will add a quarterly surprise to your account, full terms will be explained at the time
• 50% extra days – twice a week earn 50% more points per £6
